About the role

We are looking for a Delivery Consultant to join our construction recruitment team. You will act as the bridge between clients in the construction sector and qualified candidates, ensuring the right talent is matched to the right projects.

Key responsibilities

• Write and tailor job advertisements to meet client needs.
• Conduct searches using our internal database, job boards, and online tools.
• Build and maintain a network of talented construction professionals.
• Present suitable candidates to clients and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Interest in the construction industry and recruitment processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using recruitment databases and job boards.
