Demand Planner - Hybrid

About the role

Baxter is seeking a Demand Planner to join its Supply Chain team in Navan. This hybrid position supports materials management, warehousing, and customer service processes for both new and existing products, ensuring smooth logistics operations and vendor interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Process supply management tasks accurately and support warehouse operations.
• Monitor material availability, address exceptions, and liaise with logistics and customer service teams.
• Contribute to New Product Introductions (NPI) and lean initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Maintain and report supply chain metrics, vendor performance, and material status.
• Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders about supply disruptions.
• Purchase materials from internal and external suppliers while following the corporate Quality Management System.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a related role.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
