Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the management team to support daily store operations.
- Oversee a specific department, handling stock ordering and merchandising.
- Lead a team of managers to maximise sales by setting goals and objectives.
- Deliver a superior level of customer service.
- Take charge of the store during shifts when senior management is absent.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a manager with strong leadership skills.
- Commercial mindset with innovative thinking.
- Ability to make decisions quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive, determined and results‑oriented.
