About the role
The Health Service Executive (HSE) Mid West is recruiting a Deputy Pharmacist Executive Manager for a permanent, whole‑time position based at University Hospital Limerick. The role supports pharmacy services across University Hospital Limerick and its affiliated sites, including University Maternity Hospital Limerick and Croom Hospital.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver pharmacy leadership and management within University Hospital Limerick.
- Provide coverage for other acute service areas in the HSE Mid West region when required.
- Collaborate with the Pharmacy Executive Manager and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective medication services.
Required profile
- Open to both HSE and non‑HSE applicants.
- Qualified pharmacist eligible for the Pharmacist Executive Manager – Deputy grade.
- Willingness to work across multiple hospital sites within the Mid West region.
