DevOps Engineer – Full-time, On-site in Dublin

About the role

Dubsof is seeking a full‑time DevOps Engineer to join its Dublin office. You will help build and operate the infrastructure that powers its AI‑driven business‑software platform, working closely with development teams to deliver reliable, secure services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain scalable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) for automated builds, tests and deployments.
• Administer Linux‑based servers, ensuring security hardening, performance tuning and monitoring.
• Operate and support production Kubernetes clusters and containerised workloads.
• Collaborate with software engineers to streamline release processes and improve system observability.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and create automation scripts (Python, Go, Bash) to reduce manual effort.
• Contribute to cloud‑platform management, preferably on AWS, and implement best‑practice security and observability tooling.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, Go, Bash).
• Hands‑on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid Linux system administration skills.
• Production experience with Kubernetes and container technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, product‑focused environment.
