DevOps Engineer

About the role

Realta is looking for a DevOps Engineer with an automation‑first mindset to build and maintain a cloud‑native platform that powers AI‑driven fraud detection, risk assessment and regulatory compliance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Write clean, reusable, and well‑tested code following Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Conduct code reviews and pair programming to ensure quality and security.
• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Jenkins, GitLab) covering build automation, testing, security scanning and deployment.
• Manage cloud infrastructure on major providers (AWS, GCP), including Linux servers, networking, security configurations, relational and NoSQL databases, containers, serverless functions and orchestration engines.
• Operate observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch) to collect logs, metrics and alerts.
• Enforce security best practices and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Research emerging technologies, conduct proofs of concept and document findings.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in application development or DevOps.
• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub, Jenkins or GitLab.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, OpenTofu, Ansible).
• Hands‑on experience with observability and telemetry solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
• Solid Linux system administration skills.
