Digital Campaign Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Campaign Executive to join a specialist digital fundraising agency that supports charities and not‑for‑profits across Ireland, the UK and internationally. This is a hands‑on, full‑time role (35 hours/week) focused on planning, building, launching and optimising paid‑social fundraising campaigns. You will work closely with a Digital Campaign Manager and the wider team, ensuring campaigns are accurate, on time and performance‑driven.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Digital Campaign Manager in preparing and documenting campaign plans.
• Gather and update basic campaign data, briefs and internal materials.
• Set up and configure paid‑social campaigns on Meta platforms and TikTok, including ad sets, audiences, creative assets and copy.
• Build landing pages, email/SMS journeys and integrate tracking pixels.
• Maintain campaign trackers, schedules and reporting dashboards.
• Monitor live campaigns, capture performance data and support post‑campaign analysis.

Required profile

• Early‑career digital marketer who is highly organised and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems, spreadsheets and data‑rich environments.
• Enjoys fast‑moving, structured work with clear processes and checklists.
• Willing to work remotely with occasional travel to the Dublin office.
