About the role
We are seeking a Digital Content Editor to train and improve AI chatbots. You will measure progress, evaluate logic, and solve problems to enhance model quality while applying expert writing and editing skills.
Key responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and assess their outputs.
- Evaluate AI‑generated content for correctness, performance, and alignment with brand voice.
- Monitor model progress and identify areas for improvement.
Required profile
- Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
