Digital Marketer - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketer to join our team as an AI Trainer. In this remote, contract‑based position you will work with AI chatbots, measuring their progress, evaluating logic, and solving problems to raise the quality of each model. Strong writing, editing, and content development skills are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review the generated content.
• Assess the correctness, relevance, and performance of AI model outputs.
• Provide feedback and corrective guidance to improve model behavior.
• Track progress metrics and report on model improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent English at native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Background in communications, journalism, or related fields is a plus.
• A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
