Digital Marketing Coordinator (1‑Year Contract)

About the role

Java Republic, Ireland’s leading coffee‑service partner, is looking for a creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to join its Dublin team on a 1‑year contract. You will work closely with the Commercial Marketing Manager to drive the brand’s online presence, manage the Shopify webstore and create engaging social media content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and publish social media posts, videos and graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Facebook.
• Maintain and update the Shopify B2C webstore – add products, create discounts, run email campaigns and respond to customer inquiries.
• Write copy for blogs, social posts, internal presentations and marketing materials.
• Design promotional graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Assist in planning monthly content calendars and executing marketing campaigns, including new product launches.
• Collaborate with external agencies (SEO, printing, branding, PR) as needed.
• Produce monthly performance reports for social media and Shopify.
• Support internal communications and B2B digital requests.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
• Proactive, creative and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
