Digital Marketing Executive – West Cork City (On‑Site)

About the role

Join a nationally recognised charitable organisation in West Cork City as a Digital Marketing Executive. You will shape the digital presence, boost online engagement and support fundraising initiatives through strategic and hands‑on digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, fundraising and e‑commerce performance.
• Maintain and continuously improve the website, ensuring content is user‑focused, SEO‑optimised and up‑to‑date.
• Create compelling digital content for social media, email, web, photography, graphics and video.
• Manage and optimise online income channels, including donations, merchandise and other digital fundraising tools.
• Plan, implement and monitor paid digital and social media campaigns to maximise reach and ROI.
• Grow and manage social media communities while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Monitor performance using analytics, provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Support fundraising events and initiatives with integrated digital marketing activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies and volunteers to strengthen digital engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital marketing role with responsibility for campaign planning and delivery.
• Proven track record of managing campaigns that achieve measurable engagement and commercial or fundraising outcomes.
• Experience managing websites, CMS platforms, SEO and digital reporting tools.
• Strong project, organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
