Digital Marketing Manager – Heritage Attraction

About the role

Dublinia is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to shape its digital presence and drive audience growth. You will lead strategy across social media, paid advertising, website management and analytics, turning data into measurable business results for Ireland's leading heritage attraction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy, aligning with brand refresh and visitor experience goals.
• Lead social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and create photography, reels, short‑form video and behind‑the‑scenes content.
• Build and nurture online communities, manage influencer and creator partnerships, and stay ahead of platform trends.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google and other relevant platforms, managing budgets and ROI.
• Support online ticket sales and visitor acquisition through targeted audience segmentation.
• Maintain and continuously improve the Dublinia website, ensuring engaging, accurate content and a seamless user experience.
• Monitor performance metrics, produce analytics reports and use insights to refine tactics.
