Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy and execution from a remote‑first environment in Ireland. You will own multiple online channels, drive subscriber growth, and translate product messaging into measurable marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimise performance of website, SEO, email, paid media and social platforms.
• Plan, execute and evaluate integrated campaigns aligned with product launches and commercial priorities.
• Develop organic search strategies through content planning and on‑site SEO improvements.
• Manage email marketing programmes, including lifecycle, product updates and re‑activation, while tracking key metrics.
• Oversee paid media budgets, continuously optimising spend and ROI.
• Monitor performance via dashboards and analytics, delivering insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create channel‑specific messaging and creative assets.
• Build engagement in online communities and explore growth through partnerships, affiliates, referrals and influencers.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing digital channels (SEO, email, paid search/social, content) with ownership of performance metrics.
• Strong analytical ability, experienced in building dashboards and data‑driven optimisation.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills for technically sophisticated audiences.
• Hands‑on experience with marketing automation, CRM and email tools such as Mailchimp or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise initiatives and execute strategies with minimal supervision.
