Digital Performance Specialist – Remote (Ireland)

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Performance Specialist to join our integrated marketing agency on a remote basis in Ireland. The role is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent, focusing on paid media, analytics and digital optimisation for a range of client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google, Meta and LinkedIn platforms.
• Monitor budgets, track performance metrics and produce regular reports across multiple client accounts.
• Implement and maintain tracking solutions using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Develop clear performance dashboards and actionable insights for clients.
• Collaborate closely with creative, technical and client‑service teams to align strategy and execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn advertising.
• Hands‑on experience with GA4, GTM and data‑driven reporting.
• Proficiency with reporting tools such as Looker Studio.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities and capacity to manage several projects in a fast‑paced environment.
