Director of Human Resources

About the role

The Director of Human Resources will shape the cultural identity of Conrad Dublin, a 5‑star luxury hotel within the Hilton Luxury Division. Reporting to senior leadership, you will coach, inspire and influence the leadership team to create a trustworthy, inclusive environment where team members feel safe and empowered.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the UK & Ireland Luxury People Strategy in partnership with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Learning & Development and HR Analytics.
• Drive an inclusive team culture, improve engagement and retention, and act as a champion for the Team Member agenda.
• Oversee recruitment processes with the London Talent Acquisition team to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with the HR & Training Manager and department heads to design best‑in‑class development plans.
• Coach senior and operational leaders on performance management and leadership effectiveness.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and support the learning and development agenda.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience, preferably within hospitality or luxury services.
• Strong influencing and change‑management capabilities.
• Ability to model fairness, integrity and warm‑heartedness.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills with cross‑functional teams.
