Director, PR & Communications – EMEA (6‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are seeking a Director of PR & Communications to lead high‑impact public‑relations strategy across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This 6‑month fixed‑term position will shape brand reputation, drive storytelling and support globally visible campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR and communications strategies aligned with global priorities.
• Build and maintain relationships with top‑tier journalists across news, entertainment, policy and lifestyle outlets.
• Identify, shape and pitch compelling stories that amplify organisational impact and executive thought leadership.
• Oversee PR execution for major campaigns, events, partnerships and special initiatives in multiple markets.
• Manage external PR agencies to ensure consistent messaging and performance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with marketing, policy, partnerships and senior leadership.
• Plan and execute press activities, including events, briefings, interviews and media activations.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of experience in public relations, communications or media, preferably in global campaigns, entertainment, politics or advocacy.
• Strong network of media contacts across EMEA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to translate complex topics into clear messaging.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale PR campaigns and media activations internationally.
• Exceptional organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments.
• Ability to collaborate across cultures, time zones and senior stakeholder groups.
