Director, Product Information Management

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director of Product Information Management (PIM) to lead the transformation of product data and execution workflows across its Value Chain Management (VCM) organization. This hybrid position is based in Titusville, New Jersey, with alternative hybrid locations available in other supply‑chain hubs.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end transformation of product information and execution workflows across VCM.
• Establish and evolve a product‑centric digital backbone that connects strategy, planning, execution, resiliency, reliability, and investment throughout the product lifecycle.
• Advance PIM from a system‑ownership function to an enterprise capability that improves cross‑functional work flows.
• Embed structure, governance, and trusted product data into digitized workflows to enable teams and partners to operate efficiently.

Required profile

• Leadership experience driving digital transformation within a supply‑chain or product‑information context.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional partners and align data governance with business objectives.
