Director, Project Portfolio Operations

About the role

The Director, Project Portfolio Operations will lead decision‑making and business processes across Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC). This senior position is responsible for driving the achievement of strategic, operational and financial goals while continuously improving portfolio management capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate portfolio management activities across IMSC sites worldwide.
• Develop and mature people, process and technology solutions to enhance portfolio performance.
• Drive strategic initiatives that align with the company’s health innovation objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting and performance tracking for the project portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain projects.

• Proven experience in leading portfolio or project operations at a senior level.
• Strong decision‑making ability and track record of delivering strategic and financial results.
• Excellent leadership skills with the capacity to influence across multiple regions.
