Director, Quality Assurance – Value Chain Management

About the role

Join a leading organization as the Director of Quality Assurance for an antibody drug conjugate product value chain. You will lead end‑to‑end quality oversight, ensuring compliance, reliability, and continuous improvement throughout the product’s commercial lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall quality leadership for the assigned product program, aligning with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain Product Quality and Analytical Strategies that support supply plans.
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Technical, Supply Chain, and site teams to resolve issues and harmonise quality systems.
• Lead inspections, maintain inspection readiness, and support regulatory interactions.
• Drive quality communications, risk escalation, and change‑control monitoring across the network.
• Analyse complaints, quality performance data and trend information to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support analytical site strategies and broader value‑chain projects with quality input.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including leadership roles.
• Degree or postgraduate qualification in Science, Pharmacy, Engineering or related field.
• Experience with vaccines or large‑molecule products is advantageous.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑functional teams and drive strategic outcomes.
• Willingness to travel 10‑15% for assignments.
