Director/Senior Manager – HR Technology Advisory

About the role

PwC Ireland is seeking a Director or Senior Manager to lead its HR technology advisory practice. You will guide clients through the design, selection, implementation and optimisation of HR platforms, ensuring technology aligns with business strategy and drives measurable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale HR technology transformation programmes across multiple industries.
• Advise clients on selection, implementation and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM and Workday.
• Develop and deliver HR technology strategies that support business goals and digital agendas.
• Oversee design and deployment of HR operating models, process improvements and change‑management initiatives.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with CHROs and senior HR leaders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional technology, change and data specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
• Drive business development through proposals, client presentations and thought leadership.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of excellence.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in HR technology consulting or transformation, preferably within a Big Four or leading consultancy.
• Proven track record of leading end‑to‑end HR technology implementations and transformations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes such as talent management, core HR, payroll, learning and workforce analytics.
• Experience managing senior client relationships and delivering advisory services.
