About the role
The Division President will lead a high‑performing international business unit for a global industrial equipment leader. Reporting to senior corporate leadership, the role is responsible for setting strategic direction, delivering financial results and driving sustainable growth across multiple markets.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the division’s growth strategy to achieve revenue, profitability and market‑leadership targets.
- Own full P&L accountability, ensuring operational excellence and financial discipline.
- Build, mentor and inspire cross‑functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Champion customer‑centricity by translating market insights into actionable commercial plans.
- Refine go‑to‑market and distribution strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Lead product and innovation initiatives in partnership with engineering and development teams.
- Optimize manufacturing, sourcing, supply‑chain and asset utilisation performance.
- Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities, including investments, acquisitions and expansion projects.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders worldwide.
- Drive transformation programmes to keep the business competitive and future‑ready.
Required profile
- Extensive senior leadership experience in industrial manufacturing, engineered products or capital equipment.
- Proven track record of leading a division or business unit with full P&L responsibility.
- Strong commercial acumen and success in developing go‑to‑market strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver sustainable revenue growth and operational improvement.
- Experience managing cross‑functional teams across commercial, operations, manufacturing and supply‑chain functions.
- Excellent financial, strategic and analytical capabilities.
- Outstanding leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
