Divisional Director – Chartered Valuation Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Chartered Valuation Surveyor to join our expanding valuation team at Divisional Director level. This senior position offers the chance to work on high‑profile commercial and land valuation projects across Ireland within a dynamic, forward‑thinking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct valuations, negotiations and inspections for a wide range of commercial properties and land.
• Prepare detailed, insightful valuation reports for diverse client bases.
• Lead or assist valuation assignments, ensuring the highest professional standards.
• Undertake property inspections, market research and negotiation activities.
• Support and mentor junior team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the review and improvement of internal processes and team development initiatives.

Required profile

• Registered Valuer status.
• MRICS and/or MSCSI qualification.
• Professional presence with strong client service and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and time‑management capabilities.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for teamwork and mentoring.
