Dutch-speaking Telesales Agent – Contact Centre

About the role

National Pen is looking for a motivated Dutch‑speaking Telesales Agent to join its contact centre in Dundalk, Ireland. You will work with existing customers, promoting a range of promotional products and building long‑term relationships through outbound calls.

Key responsibilities

• Call existing customers to upsell National Pen products – no cold calling required.
• Manage a database of unassigned accounts and meet sales revenue targets.
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and introduce new product offerings.
• Verify order and customer details online.
• Achieve weekly individual sales targets and attend team meetings.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge and processes.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching and any additional projects assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably with key decision‑makers.
• Strong communication, negotiation and listening skills.
• Ability to remain professional under pressure and work towards targets.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and self‑motivated.
• Team‑player attitude.
