Duty Manager

About the role

The Duty Manager will take full responsibility for the hotel during early or late shifts, ensuring all areas are open, set up correctly and welcoming to guests. You will support all departments, especially Food & Beverage during peak periods, and act as a full member of the management team.

Key responsibilities

• Open and prepare the hotel for service during assigned shifts.
• Support Food & Beverage and other departments during high‑demand periods.
• Handle a wide range of guest queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in management meetings and provide operational input.
• Conduct daily security walks, compile daily and hand‑over reports.

Required profile

• 3rd level qualification in Management, Hospitality or a related field (preferred but not essential).
• Proven experience in a management role within hospitality or retail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Team‑player attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Interest in learning, development and new experiences.
