E-Commerce Assistant – Online Store Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated E‑Commerce Assistant to join our head‑office team. You will help keep our online store running smoothly by managing product information, supporting promotions, and assisting with order and customer issues.

Key responsibilities

• Upload and maintain product data on Shopify, ensuring titles, descriptions, images, pricing and barcodes are accurate.
• Assist with category management, collections, filters and site navigation.
• Quality‑check website changes before and after updates or launches.
• Set up promotions, discounts, bundles and free‑gift offers, and verify that banners and messaging are live on schedule.
• Monitor live campaigns, report any issues and help resolve them quickly.
• Support order management, investigate delivery problems, refunds and returns in collaboration with customer service and warehouse teams.
• Keep customer‑facing information such as delivery details, FAQs and terms up to date.
• Collaborate with marketing, buying, warehouse and customer service teams, and liaise with agencies or third‑party app providers when needed.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
• Good written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, team‑oriented attitude with a genuine interest in e‑commerce and digital retail.

Required skills

• Experience with Shopify or another e‑commerce platform.
