About the role

Join Little Harvard Childcare’s Rathfarnham creche as an Early Years Educator. You will help create a warm, nurturing environment where children explore, learn, and develop through play‑based activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate learning activities that align with the Aistear and Síolta frameworks.
• Provide daily care, supervision, and emotional support for children.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Communicate regularly with families about children’s progress and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to share ideas and ensure consistent quality of care.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Creative, enthusiastic approach to making learning fun.
• Caring and nurturing attitude toward children.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the Aistear framework.
• Knowledge of the Síolta framework.
