About the role
We are seeking a qualified Ecologist to join a leading independent environmental consultancy in Dublin. You will work within a multidisciplinary team on high‑profile infrastructure, renewable energy, water and development projects, contributing from project inception to completion.
Key responsibilities
- Undertake ecological surveys across a range of habitats.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and support Ecological Impact Assessments.
- Liaise with clients, project managers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of nationally significant projects.
Required profile
- Degree in Ecology, Environmental Science or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in an ecology consultancy.
- Strong report writing and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of ecological legislation and survey methodologies.
- Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
- Residence in or near Dublin and ability to manage workloads within a team.
