Ecommerce Growth Associate – Marketplace & Digital Marketing

About the role

SECOM is seeking motivated graduates or early‑career professionals to join its Ecommerce Growth Associate Programme. You will help launch and scale ecommerce stores across global marketplaces while gaining hands‑on experience in digital marketing and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Launch new ecommerce stores from scratch and manage day‑to‑day marketplace operations.
• Research product trends, customer behaviour and market opportunities.
• Optimise product listings, pricing strategies and conversion rates.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and growth initiatives.
• Analyse sales data to identify revenue‑boosting opportunities and own store growth targets.

Required profile

• Based in Ireland with EEA citizenship or right to work in Ireland.
• Graduate or early‑career professional with strong analytical mindset.
• Interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, startups or entrepreneurship.
• Ability to work independently and test new ideas.
