Ed-Tech Project Manager

About the role

This role leads and scales an innovative online education platform focused on workforce development and career transformation. Based in Ireland, you will manage day‑to‑day operations, drive platform improvements, and support international growth while collaborating with instructors, support teams, and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the continuous improvement and operational excellence of a virtual learning platform.
• Coordinate delivery of multiple training programs, managing resources, instructors, and support functions.
• Develop and execute strategies for international expansion, including multilingual content.
• Recruit, onboard, train and lead cross‑functional remote teams.
• Drive student acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue growth through process optimisation.
• Establish, monitor and analyse key performance indicators to evaluate programme effectiveness.
• Implement scalable processes and operational frameworks for sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with leadership to align educational initiatives with broader business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project, product or operations management within EdTech, e‑learning, SaaS or related industries.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience building, managing and scaling remote or distributed teams.
• Strategic mindset and solid business acumen to contribute to long‑term growth.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with ownership of operational and commercial outcomes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Data analysis and KPI tracking.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and online learning technologies.
