Editorial Associate - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Editorial Associate to join our AI training team. You will work remotely from Ireland, helping to improve AI chatbots by assigning writing and editing tasks, measuring their progress, and ensuring high‑quality outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide AI chatbots with writing and editing assignments.
• Evaluate the generated content for accuracy, logical consistency, and brand voice.
• Track performance metrics and report on model improvements.
• Collaborate with the AI development team to refine training data.

Required profile

• Fluent in English at a native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Background in communications, journalism, or related fields is preferred.
• A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
