About the role
We are looking for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a high‑potential desk within a fast‑growing agency. This is a true 360 recruitment position where you will shape your own market, expand your client base and maximise your earnings.
Key responsibilities
- Build, grow and manage an education recruitment desk covering schools, academies and trusts.
- Drive new business development and win new clients.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to candidate placement.
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Operate in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment with genuine earning potential.
Required profile
- Proven experience in education recruitment.
- Background within a recruitment agency (essential).
- Strong track record in business development and winning new clients.
- Experience managing the full 360 recruitment process.
- Proactive, resilient and results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
