Educational Consultant (Sales)

About the role

University College Dublin’s Professional Academy is looking for an experienced sales professional to join as an Educational Consultant. You will help prospective learners choose the right professional diploma and drive enrolments for Ireland’s largest university.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with individuals to recommend the most suitable courses and convert leads into students.
• Maintain a clean sales pipeline using the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage direct relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Perform administrative tasks related to sales and enrolment processing.
• Achieve and exceed monthly enrolment and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of inside sales experience with a consultative approach.
• Highly organized, efficient and able to meet strict deadlines.
• High‑energy problem solver who thrives in a demanding sales environment.
• Empathetic, trustworthy and respectful with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Experience in the education market is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is a plus).
• Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
