EFL Teacher – Dublin

About the role

English Path is seeking an enthusiastic EFL Teacher to join its Dublin campus. You will deliver a range of English language courses, from General English to IELTS and business‑focused programmes, while contributing to a vibrant, multicultural learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess lessons across various courses, using creative teaching methods and classroom technology.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and organized learner files.
• Arrive on‑site at least 15 minutes before the first lesson and participate in regular objective‑setting meetings with the Academic Coordinator.
• Attend monthly CPD sessions; DELTA‑qualified teachers may lead these sessions.
• Contribute to team meetings, school decision‑making and the development of course materials.
• Promote a safe, inclusive environment and provide pastoral care for student wellbeing.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with safeguarding and Prevent Duty policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any subject.
• TEFL qualification (CELTA or CertTESOL) with a minimum of 3 years teaching experience.
• Desirable: DELTA, Trinity DipTESOL or a relevant Master’s level qualification.
