EHS/Quality Coordinator

About the role

Moog MRO Services is looking for an EHS/Quality Coordinator to join its aviation maintenance team in Dublin. The role supports the Safety, Quality and Compliance function, ensuring the company meets EASA Part 145, FAA and Irish health‑, safety‑ and environmental regulations while promoting a strong safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and maintenance of the company’s EHS Management System.
• Coordinate workplace inspections, risk assessments and safety audits.
• Monitor and track corrective and preventive actions arising from EHS activities.
• Assist with incident investigations and maintain EHS records, reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Irish health, safety and environmental legislation and run awareness initiatives.
• Support compliance with EASA Part 145, FAA and customer requirements.
• Help plan, schedule and conduct internal audits, and participate in supplier/process audits.
• Maintain document‑control activities and update management systems.
• Monitor compliance metrics, prepare reports and KPI dashboards for management review.
• Provide administrative support to the Safety, Quality and Compliance department, including preparing presentations, meeting minutes and reports.
• Support continuous‑improvement projects and compliance initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Aviation Management, Quality Management, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety or Business Management.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail when handling regulated documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
