Electrical Design Architect

About the role

The Electrical Design Architect will shape the strategic vision for next‑generation electrical system architectures across the EMEA region. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive innovation, set industry benchmarks, and ensure alignment with Oracle’s product and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define long‑range technical roadmaps and integrate emerging technologies into future product families.
• Architect enterprise‑wide component strategies, system optimization frameworks, and validation approaches.
• Lead high‑impact projects from concept through production, using advanced modeling, simulation, and design analysis.
• Advise executive and cross‑functional teams on trade‑offs related to performance, reliability, power efficiency, thermal management, and manufacturability.
• Resolve critical component‑level issues and establish global policies for quality, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with electrical, firmware, and software teams to institutionalize best practices and drive end‑to‑end product excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in electrical system architecture and design at an enterprise scale.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate across multi‑disciplinary teams.
