EMEA Data & Digital Program Manager

About the role

The EMEA Data Center Capacity Delivery (DCCD) team is looking for a highly motivated Business Intelligence Engineer / Data Scientist / AI Specialist to join its Business and Project Controls function. This individual contributor role will serve as the data and AI engine behind project controls, turning raw construction data into actionable insights for faster, smarter delivery decisions across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and reporting systems using Amazon QuickSight, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and integrate construction data from Procore, BIM 360, Smartsheet, and internal AWS systems.
• Develop leading‑indicator metrics and KPI frameworks for proactive risk identification.
• Produce programme‑level performance reports and executive summaries consolidating data from multiple projects.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and governance across all reporting solutions.
• Architect and deploy AI‑powered applications using Amazon Bedrock and related services.

Required profile

• Individual contributor embedded within the EMEA DCCD Business & Project Controls team, reporting to the Business & Project Controls Lead.
• Collaborates closely with Construction Managers, Program Managers, Technical Infrastructure Program Managers, and regional leadership.
