Employability and Skill Development Coordinator

About the role
The Careers and Employability Service is seeking two motivated Coordinators to design, deliver and continuously improve the university’s experiential learning and employability UpSkill programme.
Key responsibilities
- Support core university‑wide experiential learning programmes such as MUSE, SPUR, MU Micro‑Internships and the Alumni Career Mentoring Programme.
- Collaborate with students, academic staff, employers and external partners to develop and promote high‑quality experiential learning opportunities.
- Enable students at all stages of their journey to develop skills, achieve career readiness and make informed career decisions.
- Contribute to the implementation of Maynooth University’s Strategic Plan 2023‑2028.
Required profile
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and project management abilities.
- Passion for student development and enhancing graduate employability.
