Employee Relations Business Partner

About the role

Meta’s Global Employee Relations team is seeking an experienced EMEA Employee Relations Business Partner to provide strategic and hands‑on support across multiple business units. You will partner with people managers and employees to resolve performance, disciplinary, and conflict matters while driving data‑informed improvements to our processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex, high‑stakes employee relations cases, including performance issues, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution across EMEA.
• Provide strategic counsel, coaching, and thought partnership to managers at all levels.
• Assess development needs of teams and managers, recommend and implement solutions.
• Conduct rigorous data analysis and reporting to highlight trends and drive proactive interventions.
• Balance risk considerations from employee, business, and company perspectives.
• Design and facilitate manager training programs based on analytical insights.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Legal, Investigations, Learning & Development, and HR Programs to implement scalable solutions.
• Partner with regional HR leads on global strategy execution and lead cross‑functional projects.
• Build collaborative relationships, model professional conduct, and support onboarding and community building.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Business Partnering, or a related HR discipline.
• Proven ability to handle complex performance, redundancy, and complaint cases.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience delivering data‑driven insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with legal, investigations, and learning teams.
