Employer Engagement Officer – Hybrid (Dublin)

About the role

The Employer Engagement Officer will act as the primary liaison between Twin Group, employers, agencies and colleges to secure sustainable work placements for international students. Working in a hybrid model with one remote day per week, you will support students aged 16‑19 throughout their placement journey while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with national and international employers to create placement opportunities.
• Monitor student progress on placements, ensure client satisfaction and produce regular reports.
• Conduct professional inductions for new students and provide detailed placement information.
• Coordinate additional services such as airport transfers, excursions and other logistical needs.
• Manage the emergency phone rota and respond to any arising issues.
• Maintain accurate computerized records for all trainees.
• Promote Twin Group as the partner of choice for employer services.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with maturity to supervise groups of students.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• University graduate or completed apprenticeship.
• Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• IT literacy.
