About the role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join a rapidly growing international law firm in Dublin. You will work within a collaborative Employment Team, providing advice on a wide range of contentious, non‑contentious and corporate support matters, and you will have the opportunity to engage in cross‑border projects and travel with colleagues worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on contentious and non‑contentious employment matters.
• Manage cross‑border projects, workforce restructuring and senior‑level appointments and terminations.
• Handle complex disputes and represent clients before the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC).
• Support outsourcing initiatives, global mobility, and other corporate employment matters.
• Collaborate closely with employment teams across international offices.

Required profile

• Strong employment law experience gained at an international or large domestic law firm.
• Proven experience coordinating cross‑border projects.
• Practical, commercial approach to client advice.
• Excellent academic background.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine team ethos.
• Interest in business development activities.
