About the role
We are representing a leading law firm in Dublin 4 that seeks an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its fast‑paced team. The successful candidate will handle complex employment law disputes for both employers and employees, providing confident advocacy across various courts.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of employment law litigation for employers and employees.
- Handle all aspects of litigation before the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court, and High Court.
- Provide strong advocacy and representation for clients during hearings and disputes.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience specialising in employment law.
- Excellent organisational, administrative and legal drafting abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously on complex cases while contributing to the wider team.
- Proven track record of thriving under pressure, prioritising tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver client‑focused service.
- Collaborative mindset aligned with a progressive firm culture.
