Enablement Lead - Knowledge Work

About the role

The Enablement Lead, Knowledge Work is a specialist post‑sales enablement role focused on delivering high‑impact adoption services across OpenAI’s product suite, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents. You will design and deliver enablement experiences that drive sustained activation, expand usage breadth and depth, and generate measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Own the enablement of OpenAI products, defining effective patterns that support adoption across business and technical teams within enterprise organizations.
• Lead customer enablement across the full lifecycle, from onboarding to expansion, delivering workshops, advanced trainings, executive briefings and hackathons.
• Partner closely with Sales, Solution Architects and Delivery Leads to drive adoption and develop reusable training assets, playbooks and best practices.
• Gather customer feedback from enablement engagements, synthesize themes, and relay insights to product and program teams.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in customer‑facing enablement or instructional roles within complex enterprise environments.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, especially translating AI capabilities into clear business value for senior audiences.
• Strong product fluency across ChatGPT, Agents and the broader OpenAI ecosystem, with practical understanding of AI use cases.
• Experience designing and delivering workshops, learning journeys and real‑time enablement sessions.
