Energy & Infrastructure Lawyer – Associate / Senior Associate

About the role

We are partnering with leading Irish law firms to recruit Associates and Senior Associates for their Energy & Infrastructure practices. The roles involve working on high‑profile renewable energy, utility, and infrastructure projects across Ireland and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on energy and infrastructure projects, including renewables, utilities, PPPs and development work.
• Support project finance and structured finance transactions.
• Assist with infrastructure M&A, joint ventures, and investment structures.
• Draft and negotiate construction and development contracts.
• Provide regulatory and advisory services across the energy sector.

Required profile

• 1–6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) as an associate or senior associate.
• Background in banking/finance, corporate/M&A or construction law.
• Demonstrated interest or exposure to energy, infrastructure or project work.
• Strong technical ability, commercial mindset and ambition to specialise in the sector.
