Engineering Manager (M&E) – Dublin

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) engineering team in Dublin City Centre. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operation of all engineering resources and services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the M&E engineering team.
• Ensure delivery of planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Drive engineering performance through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage engineering budgets, contractors, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety legislation, and industry standards.
• Produce engineering reports, KPIs, and performance metrics for senior management.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing Mechanical & Electrical engineering teams.
• A recognised engineering degree.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, statutory compliance, and maintenance best practice.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Commercial awareness with strong problem‑solving abilities.
