About the role

English 1 is seeking enthusiastic ESL teachers to join its network of schools in China. You will work with young learners aged 3–16, delivering engaging English lessons in a high‑energy classroom environment while experiencing Chinese culture.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English to students aged 3–16 using English 1’s award‑winning curriculum and digital resources.
• Design and deliver interactive, age‑appropriate lessons.
• Track student progress, provide constructive feedback and support individual growth.
• Participate in school events, cultural programs and community activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and clean background check.
• Genuine interest in education, travel and cultural exchange.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus; sponsorship is available.
