Evening Catering Assistant

About the role

Join a fast‑paced catering team as an Evening Catering Assistant, working the 3 pm‑11 pm shift, Monday to Friday. You will help deliver high‑quality food and a welcoming experience for customers while representing Compass Group’s brand.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare fresh, high‑quality meals and snacks for clients.
• Create attractive food and counter displays to draw customers.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions efficiently.
• Maintain strict food handling, hygiene, and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Uphold Compass Group’s positive brand image throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Team‑player who thrives under pressure and meets deadlines.
• Reliable, punctual and able to manage time effectively.
• Commitment to safety and hygiene in all tasks.
• Previous catering experience is a plus, but enthusiasm is essential.
