Evening Supervisor

About the role

The Evening Supervisor will lead the store team during the evening shift, ensuring smooth operations and delivering an excellent customer experience. This full‑time position is based at the Monread Road store in Naas and reports to the day manager.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a role model, fostering teamwork and a positive workplace attitude.
• Coordinate layout changes with day management and ensure proper implementation.
• Maintain standards for product rotation, merchandising, and shelf facing.
• Support induction, training, and development of new employees.
• Handle customer queries professionally and in line with store policy.
• Embrace new initiatives and adapt to evolving ways of working.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Strong multitasking capability under pressure.
• Organisational skills to delegate tasks and support team members.
