Evening Supervisor

About the role
We are looking for an Evening Supervisor to lead our store team during the evening shift, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Motivate and manage the evening team to meet store performance targets.
- Maintain store standards for product rotation, merchandising and facing.
- Implement layout changes in coordination with day supervisors.
- Handle customer enquiries promptly and in line with store policy.
- Support induction, training and development of new staff.
- Promote Centra brand values and engage with new initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask and organise work.
- Leadership attitude with a positive, community‑focused mindset.
