Event Manager – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our AI training team on a freelance basis. You will work remotely from Ireland, applying your writing, editing, and content‑development expertise to help improve AI chatbots.

Key responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
• Measure chatbot progress, evaluate correctness, style, and overall performance.
• Identify issues, propose solutions, and refine prompts to enhance model quality.
• Collaborate with the AI team to ensure outputs align with brand voice and editorial standards.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Background in communications, journalism, or related fields is preferred.
• A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
