Experience Designer - UI/UX

About the role

The Solutions Center of Excellence team at Salesforce is looking for an Experience Designer to craft intuitive, high‑quality demo experiences and enablement tools. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to turn complex product capabilities into clear, compelling visual stories that support Solution Engineers and Sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver polished UI/UX demo experiences and internal tooling for customer‑facing engagements.
• Translate complex product features into intuitive user flows, scenarios, and visual designs.
• Lead the full design process from discovery and prototyping through testing and final delivery.
• Ensure demo assets are consistent, scalable, and evidence‑led across the organization.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to align design solutions with product strategy and business impact.

• Proven experience designing user‑centric interfaces and demo experiences.
• Strong ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts.
